Upon sharing your requirements with us we will :
- Review any provided CAD files , source or generate if needed
- Consult with you to ensure all your needs are taken into account
- Generate a preliminary equipment list
- Use your CAD file to generate 3D model of the venue
- Insert data into acoustic prediction software to verify system suitability
- Make continual adjustments as needed.
- Use finished 3D model to verify clearance from any crucial visual elements
- Submit same for approval
- Readjust if/as needed after review with relevant show personell
- Finalize equipment lists
- Submit an accurate bid sheet for your approval
- Deliver a flawless product that is consistent with your vision
